On your arrival at your cottage you will be greeted by a welcome hamper, filled with locally sourced delights to suit your party. Always included will be fresh eggs from our chickens, fresh milk in a glass bottle delivered by our local milk man, supplies for that cuppa you’ll be craving and some surprise treats to enjoy!
We try to source everything in our hampers from local suppliers, failing that we endeavour to make sure everything is Welsh at least!
We also offer other hampers that you can pre-order to enjoy on a date of your choice during your stay. Prices on request as we can adjust these to suit the size of your party.
The Full Welsh Breakfast
Delicious local bacon and sausages, freshly grown tomatoes, bread from our local baker – Mr White and eggs from our chickens. We can also offer a vegetarian version of this including mushrooms and Glamorgan sausages instead.
The Family Night In
A board game and a selection of DVDs to borrow, popcorn, sweet treats (locally sourced) and something to wash it down.
The Romantic Night Away
Prosecco, Chocolates, strawberries grown nearby, a candle to keep and some beeswax hand and foot scrub.
The Local
A box of local delights, all sourced based on seasonality but will include some fresh produce (fruit/veg) and some non-perishables to enjoy and take home.
The Best Birthday
A cake with candles and matches, some birthday decorations to put up (bunting etc.), crisps and other sweet treats for a little tea party!
The Children’s Box
Age appropriate, healthy snacks for your children (all ages catered for), a fun activity (bug hunting/nature explorer) and a little gift to take home.
